Here are some recipes from our country that have olive oil as basis. We recommend you to try these simple dishes of rural origin.

Bruschetta

Roast on charcoals some slices of Italian country bread and spread half a clove of garlic on it, salt it and pour plenty of extra virgin olive oil over it.

Truffle sauce

Put 500g of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of finely chopped parsley, two cloves of garlic and two salted, cleaned and in small pieces chopped anchovies in a casserole. Warm all this up at medium heat and when the garlic is roasted, switch it off and let it cool down. Add 500g of grated black truffle and season it with salt and pepper.

Pinzimoni

Give plenty of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper in a suitable bowl. Slice fresh fennel, celeriac and radishes and place them together with the prepared oil in the middle of the table. Spend happy moments with your family and friends together at the table, entertain yourselves and taste the fennel, the celeriac and the radishes dipped in the delicious sauce.

Panzanella

Soak some slices of old bread for about 5 minutes in cold water. After having removed the surplus water, crumble the bread and give it together with chopped fresh tomatoes, onions and basil in a bowl; prepare it with salt, pepper, wine vinegar and the best oliveoil. The result is a tasty and light dish, adapted to the summer months.
